Residents to appeal flats plan

by isleofman.com 29th March 2007
Local residents are appealing against a Heritage Homes plan to develop the old Keig's site - at the corner of Circular Road and Peel Road in Douglas - into a six-story apartment block with parking space in the basement.

The appeal will be heard on April 17th.
