Zurich charity donation

by isleofman.com 27th March 2007
The DHSS has thanked Zurich International's Charity Committee for their recent donation of ?250 worth of Early Learning Centre vouchers to Noble's Hospital's Accident and Emergency Department.

The vouchers will be used to buy toys and games for the Children's Waiting Area within the department.

Sister Jenny Hill says she's thrilled Zurich thought of them as the department sees approximately 6 to 8 thousand children per year, who really appreciate the toys and games available in the waiting area.

Zurich's Ann Barron says the committee decided to donate the vouchers after one of its former members visited the A and E department and saw the need for toys there.
