Government department moving

Douglas has long been home to the headquarters of government and business

That may not be desirable - it's a situation the Island's other towns have complained about in the past - but it is understandable.

Now though, one government department is moving OUT of the capital, lock, stock and barrell. The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forrestry is to set up its headquarters in St John's - in the heart of the Manx farming community.

Agriculture Minister Phil Gawne says it's the right thing to do:
