by isleofman.com 20th March 2007
An Isle of Man musician has been describing the rollercoaster journey of the finalists in Saturday's contest to choose the United Kingdom's entry to this year's Eurovision Song Contest.

Jonathan Eio performed as a backing singer for Cyndi in the live TV event.

The suspense was palpable as viewers awaited the result of a nationwide phone-vote, but there was bewilderment all-round when host Terry Wogan announced the wrong act had won!
