Two contest LegCo seat

There have been two nominations for the remaining seat in the Legislative Council.

David Owens, who was just two votes short of the required 13 votes in the last round has been joined for a former Peel MHK, David Moore.
He is being nominated by David Cretney.

He held the seat in Peel between 1978 and 1986 when he retired undefeated.

The next round of voting is on March 27th.
