Chief Minister talks about questions row

The Chief Minister believes he did answer a question on secret government payments in yesterday's House of Keys sitting, despite being rapped by the Speaker for not doing so.

The difference of opinion arose during questions on the use of non-disclosure clauses in relation to payments made by the DHSS and the Manx Electricity Authority.

Tony Brown said he wasn't aware of such a policy and refused to disclose how much had been paid over the last year.

He says he answered the question to the best of his knowledge:
