Palatine medical centre consultation

The Department of Health is to hold meetings with interested parties with regard to the future of the Palatine Medical Centre.

Proposals to relocate the medical centre to Strang Corner in Braddan are currently being evaluated

But speaking in the Keys this morning Health Minister Eddie Teare (pictured) said he was "cognisant" of strong representations made by West Douglas MHK Geoff Corkish, and he feels the matter should be discussed with representatives from the area before a final decision is taken by the Department:
