Airport security questioned

Airport security will be raised in the House of Keys tomorrow (Tues).

Rushen MHK Juan Watterson will ask the Minister for Transport why the Isle of Man Airport still insists on the removal of shoes and belts for scanning, and when such "punitive restrictions" as he calls them will be lifted.

Mr Watterson claims other airports around Britain don't impose such strict measures on their passengers, and he wants to know why the Island still insists on such scans:
