Police in Onchan are appealing for help from the public after a serious assault at a bus stop.
The victim was rushed to hospital for surgery - but there are no details yet on the extent of their injuries.
The attack happened in broad daylight - at around 3.15 yesterday afternoon.
Officers want to hear from passers-by who were near or at the stop in Avondale Road, Onchan at the time, or anyone with any information.
