Dangerous Heroin in circulation

by isleofman.com 3rd March 2007
Police are issuing a warning to heroin users on the Island.

They say that in addition to the obvious dangers of heroin use there are concerns about the quality of the some of the drug being supplied to the Island which should cause more serious concerns.

A number of incidents have been reported of users experiencing extreme pain, shivers and temporary blindness lasting for several days.

Officers are appealing for anyone in the community who may have information regarding this or the supply of controlled drugs to get in contact with them at police headquarters or via the confidential Crimestoppers line 0800 555 111
