by isleofman.com 1st March 2007
Some good news today for householders facing this winter's fuel bills..

The MEA is to reduce costs by an average of ?33 per household, per year.

This is due to the removal of the 'Fuel Cost Adjustment' - a supplement imposed last year to cover global increases in the price of raw fuels.

The MEA says the change, introduced today, will amount to a reduction in the cost of electricty of 9%, in compared with last September.
