New health skills centre

by isleofman.com 27th February 2007
A new health skills centre providing essential training facilities for hospital staff, will soon be up-and-running at Noble's.

It's based in the former Union Mills Football club house on the hospital site.

The centre will replicate a hospital ward as closely as possible - including three profiling beds, a nurses' station and hand washing facilities.

It will offer life-support training to front-line medical staff, but aims to serve the whole DHSS.

The refurbishment was funded by almost ?140,000 from the Noble's Educational Trust.
