Virtual ID parades coming?

Criminals in the Isle of Man could soon be brought to justice with the help of 'Virtual Identification Parades'.

A database in Wakefield would be used by officers in the Island to show witnesses images of a number of people, including the suspect in a particular case.

Members of the public can let the government know what they think of the idea, but submissions must be in by April 10th.

Home Affairs Minister Martyn Quayle says everybody would benefit if the idea went ahead:
