Father will 'battle for justice'

A father says he’ll battle for justice for his son after his attackers were charged with a minor offence because of a mix-up during the prosecution.

Aaron Redmond was hospitalised after three men attacked him in a row over a pool game.

But despite extensive medical evidence, those responsible were charged with affray instead of causing grievous bodily harm, which led High Bailiff Michael Moyle to criticise the prosecution.
