A leading expert on freedom of information will be addressing a public meeting in Douglas on Monday.Maurice Frankel OBE is the leading expert on the subject.The director of the Campaign for Freedom of Information, Mr. Frankel is the guest of the Positive Action Group.He was prompted to come to the Island, when he heard of the consultation process regarding Access to Government Information.PAG committee member Joe Duffy says he’s keen to contribute to the debate.
