Education Minister on special needs review

The Education Minister says she hopes an action plan on special needs and psychology services can be drawn up by the end of the current term,
and she hopes that it can be in place by September this year.

Anne Craine says it was important to have an external review of the problems facing the services.

She says the " sharp end" has been doing the very best it can given the services but there was room for improvement:
