Douglas harbour plans

Plans to redevelop Douglas Outer Harbour have been cautiously welcomed by the Manx Fish Producer's Organisation.

It will mean an expansion of the harbour turning area, the creation of a new lifeboat berth, relocated yacht moorings and new wave-calming measures.

President of the MFPO, Tom Bryan Brown, says it could cause problems elsewhere though:
