Tenants to have their say on homes standard

Tenants in Douglas Corporation housing will soon be able to give feedback on the quality of maintenance carried out on their homes.

Customer satisfaction survey forms are currently being printed and should be ready to go out to residents shortly.

Public Health and Housing Committee Chairman, Doreen Kinrade (pictured), says there's currently no official method for people to rate the work carried out.

She says information gathered from the forms will be extremely useful to the corporation (audio file attached):
