Goldsmiths remanded on GBH charges

Two men have appeared before Deemster Doyle at a court of General Jail charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent on Karl William Fayle.

31 year old Ian Ronald Goldsmith, care of the prison, and Michael Timothy Oscar Goldsmith (38) of Fairfield Avenue, Douglas, denied the offence, alleged to have been committed on May 21st 2006.

Both men were remanded in custody until March 12th for a trial date to be fixed.
