A 34 year old man charged with offences of indecent assault, gross indecency and unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under sixteen, has appeared before Deemster Doyle at a court of General Jail.
Paul Martin Cubberley of Christian Road, Douglas, denied seven offences.
All were alleged to have been committed between July 2001 and July 2003
Cubberley was bailed until March 12th for a trial date to be set.
