It has been officially confirmed that rock supergroup 'The Who' will headline at the Peel Bay Festival this summer.

They will be performing on Wednesday 30th May, the opening night of the festival.

The news puts an end to weeks of speculation.

The seven-day long festival is being held in a 10,000 capacity marquee located on Peel Headland and is being widely acclaimed as being the biggest music festival the Island has ever hosted.

Boyband McFly, Ronan Keating, Madness, the Stranglers and Robin Gibb have all been confirmed as appearing at the festival.
