New drug campaign

Cannabis and volatile substance misuse in the Isle of Man is highlighted in a new campaign launched by the Drug and Alcohol Strategy. Particular attention is being paid to the use of these substances among children on the Island and how they are educated as to the dangers of cannabis and solvents. A series of interviews will also look at the work done by government agencies including the Drug and Alcohol Team, Office of Fair Trading and Customs and Excise. Strategy Co-ordinator, Margaret O'Reilly, says volatile substances are of particular concern:
