Manx roads need investment - Minister

Many of the island's roads are in poor condition and need a significant overhaul, concedes the new Minister of Transport.

Responding to questions about road safety measures, David Anderson says there are lots of calls for Government spending and things have to be prioritised - but that it will take a lot of time and money to improve our road network:
