CCTV of travel agency robbery

Police have released further information regarding a theft from a Douglas travel agents last week.

At about 4.45pm on Tuesday January 16, two men walked into Thomas Cook Ltd and managed to leave with a large amount of money after distracting a teller.

Police now believe the men aren't alone on the Island and may be in the company of a family with a small child.

One man is described as a white European, of stocky build with short dyed brown hair with blonde highlights and about 20 years old.

He was wearing blue jeans, black leather-style jacket, black top and distinctive patent style flat shoes.

The other is a dark skinned European, 5' 6 tall, of slim build with short black hair, about 20 old and wearing a distinctive brown jacket and dark jeans.

Both have foreign accents.

Police believe the men may be using a silver or gold, English registered Lexus with an L number plate.

Anyone who sees the men, or has any information, should contact their local police station, Crimestoppers, or the Emergency Services Joint Control Room.
