Duggan withdraws from LegCo election

One of the candidates for the two vacant seats on the Legislative Council has pulled-out of the election.

Adrian Duggan says he does not want to stand - and is retiring from politics altogether.

Mr Duggan, former South Douglas MHK, did not contest the November general election - but was nominated for the LegCo poll by North Douglas member John Houghton.

He says he's bowing out of politics for good:
