Minister disappointed by arrests

Treasury Minister Allan Bell says the arrest of two founders of the Isle of Man based company Netella is 'very disappointing'.

The company has been accused by the Department of Justice in America of facilitating illegal payments with regard to on-line gaming.

The claims are based on the fact that in the States playing poker over the net is illegal.

Mr Bell (pictured) says the action has been taken in advance of the publication of regulations, due to flow from the original measure approved last November:
