Another theft of heating oil

by isleofman.com 18th January 2007
There's been another reported theft of a large amount of heating oil.

Around 200 litres was taken from a property in Meadow Court, Ballasalla.

The oil was taken sometime between the 3rd of December and 22nd December, and police say the thieves would have required a commercial vehicle to take the fuel away.

Last month police put out an appeal to the public to look out for commercial oil tankers being driven around the Island at unusual times of the day or night.

Anyone with information on the theft is asked to contact Port Erin police on 83 22 22, or use the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
