by isleofman.com 18th January 2007
There was a scare for passengers on board a Manx 2 flight this morning (Thursday).

A strong gust of wind led to one of its planes tipping slightly as it was taxying down at Ronaldsway ahead of its flight to Blackpool.

There were only two passengers on board when one of wings touched the ground.

No-one was injured.

The airport was closed for some time while safety checks were carried out.
