Schools claim

Its been claimed parents are moving their children away from schools that are most under pressure from the number of youngsters who don't speak English as a first language.

The new Education Minister Anne Craine has asked South Douglas member
Bill Malarchy to let her know of specific instances after an exchange in Tynwald.

She went on to say this was more than a departmental problem:
