Island expert on Iraq, post Saddam

The Isle of Man's top terrorism expert says sending more British and American troops to Iraq won't improve the chaotic situation there.

Recent reports suggest President Bush is ready to commit up 30,000 more American soldiers to the country.

But Professor Roger Carey, from the International Business School, says the idea Iraq's problems can be solved militarily, and in the short-term, are wide of the mark.

He says people can look closer to home to have an idea of how complicated and drawn-out any peace process in the country will be (audio file attached):
