by isleofman.com 8th January 2007
An 18 year old man is in a stable condition in hospital after crashing his car on the main Castletown Road in the early hours of this morning.

The man, who was driving a Seat Ibiza, suffered head injuries.

It happened at around 1am and led to the road between the junction with the Mount Murray back road and the junction with Oatfield Road being closed for around three and a half hours.

The man is expected to be released from hospital in the next few days.
