Berry case resumes next month

by isleofman.com 27th December 2006
The cases against two men charged with manslaughter over the death of a teenage cyclist will resume in the New Year.

Forty-six year old Phillip Alexander Firth of Glen Road, Laxey and David Martin Jones, 51, of Coburg Road, Ramsey will appear before the High Bailiff on January 3.

The pair’s joint advocate had withdrawn, leaving them to be represented separately.

Both deny the manslaughter of 13 year old James Berry, who died in December last year.
