Remanded on drugs charge

A 43 year old man charged with a drug offence and one of theft has been further remanded in custody by the High Bailiff.

Mark Vincent Lappin of Circular Road, Douglas, .is alleged to have possessed ?6,000 worth of cocaine with intent to supply, and stolen a quantity of goods from Tesco.

A bail application made by his advocate was refused by Mr Moyle.

Lappin was remanded in custody until January 3rd.
