Take it easy on the booze

The Alcohol Advisory Service is issuing a message to drinkers this festive period: don't forget the real meaning of Christmas.

Director, Thea Ozenturk, says most people tend to binge at this time of year, which at best leads to a hangover, and at worst an accident or fight.

However, she says it's important to remember that Christmas is traditionally a time to be restful and enjoy time off work.

Mrs Ozenturk says people don't HAVE to do that with an alcoholic drink in their hand, and has this advice:
