A 34 year old man charged with sexual offences has been committed to the court of General Jail by the High Bailiff.
Paul Martin Cubberley of Christian Road, Douglas, is alleged to have committed four offences of indecent assault on a child, to have had unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of sixteen, and also charged with one offence of gross indecency 'with or toward' a person under sixteen.
The defendant was bailed by Mr Moyle until his appearance at General Jail and reporting restrictions were not lifted.
