New CoMin 'safe but unadventurous'

The new Council of Ministers is a safe enough set of hands, but Tony Brown could have been more adventurous in his selection process, according to a leading Manx nationalist and union boss.

President of Mec Vannin, Bernard Moffatt (pictured), says there IS talent in the House of Keys, but that the new Chief Minister has played quite safe in appointing his new team:
