Nominations close today (Monday) for the vacant seat on Onchan Commissioners.
The vacancy on the board arose following David Quirk’s election to the House of Keys last month.
So far, 48 year-old practitioner in public health, June Kelly, is the only candidate to publicly declare she will stand.
In the event of a contest, polling day would be January the 18th.
