Ramsey public asked for views

The public’s again being asked to have its say on dog fouling in Ramsey.

Following consultation this summer, the commissioners have issued new draft byelaws.

The board is now seeking further comments from the public prior to a final review next month, following which the byelaws will be submitted to the Department of Local Government and the Environment for approval.

The consultation document is now available in the town library and copies can also be provided by email on request to enquiries@rtc.gov.im.

All submissions should reach the Town Hall, by January 8.

Commissioners lead member for works and development, George Skillicorn, says fouling is a problem in some areas (audio file attached):
