McKee sentence adjourned

Sentence on a 37 year old man has been adjourned by the High Bailiff for reports.

James Samuel McKee of James Street, Douglas, admitted handling a mobile phone which he knew to be stolen during a burglary on November 20th in Douglas.

McKee was arrested on November 23rd after he had tried to sell the phone at a shop in Douglas.

He told police he had got it for ten pounds. He knew it was worth ?120 and he had been hoping to make a profit.

McKee was bailed until January 16th.
