Death threat man remanded in custody

by isleofman.com 12th December 2006
A Union Mills man facing three serious charges has been remanded in custody until January 9th after a second hearing.

34 year old Jason Dean Fayle, of Strang Close, is accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent against his partner, Dawn Diane Neeson, and threatening to kill her and their children.

The alleged offences relate to an incident at the family's home last Wednesday evening, when armed police were called to the domestic disturbance.

Mr Fayle's lawyer did not ask for bail again.

An application for bail was turned down by Deputy High Bailiff, Alistair Montgomerie, at an initial hearing last Friday.
