A new political year officially gets underway today as the newly-elected MHKs take part in a regular sitting of Tynwald for the first time.
Starting at 10.30 this (Tuesday) morning, members will face 25 questions for oral answer and seven for written reply.
The sitting will also see the court break new ground, by using an electronic voting system for the first time.
Edward Oldham looks at some of the issues to be raised:
North Douglas MHK, Bill Henderson (pictured, left), is calling for an urgent review of residential and nursing home fees.
He'll ask Minister for Health and Social Security Steve Rodan (pictured, centre) what's being done about some private homes increasing their fees to ?695 per week.
Onchan MHK, David Quirk (pictured, right) will ask questions about the long running dispute over how operating costs for the Middle River Civic Amenity Site are divided among the six local authorities using it.
And Malew and Santon's new representative, Graham Cregeen, MHK, has questions for Transport Minister, Phil Braidwood, about the proposed bypass for Ballasalla, and the progress of IRIS in the constituency.
Onchan MHK, Peter Karran, features heavily on the question paper on subjects ranging from assessing the performance of top civil servants, to increasing the number of opportunities within the Island's building industry.
