The Samaritans are there to offer help and support for people on the Isle of Man who need them over the Christmas period.
That's according to the Isle of Man branch's Publicity Officer, Ray Harvey, who says it's traditionally a busy period for them.
The charity is now contactable by both text and email, along with the established telephone numbers and postal correspondence.
Mr Harvey says, unfortunately, the festive period isn't all sweetness and light for everybody::
