President pays tribute to Brown

The President of Tynwald has paid tribute to Speaker of the House of Keys Tony Brown who was re-elected to the position last week. Mr Brown was returned unopposed by members of the House at a special sitting last week, and is due to serve another five years. However, there's speculation he could put his name forward for the role of Chief Minister, after this morning's Tynwald sitting failed to produce a result. President Noel Cringle described Mr Brown as impartial and very able:
