All-Island speed back on agenda

The question of an all-Island speed on the Isle of Man may rear its head once again - sooner than expected.

The new government - when it is formed - may decide to consider the scheme afresh - despite it being firmly rejected in a major public consultation.

But the next Transport Minister - and his or her team - are at liberty to re-examine any area of policy they choose.
