Council to comprise two members from outside politics

The Legislative Council will have two new members from outside of politics.

So says Manx Radio's political correspondent David Callister.

Speaking after the General Election, he says it's inconceivable any of the newly elected MHK's would put themselves forward for the upper chamber (audio file attached):
