Richmond Hill RTA update

There's no change to the condition of a man who was seriously injured in an accident on Richmond Hill on Friday afternoon.

He remains in a serious condition in Nobles Hospital after being struck by a Ford Mondeo as he stood behind his car on the Douglas-bound carriageway at the bottom of the hill.

It's understood his vehicle had run out of petrol.

Police are still appealing for witnesses to the accident, which happened at around 4.30pm
