DHSS deputy director speaks out

by isleofman.com 26th November 2006
The DHSS deputy director, who was cleared of breaching civil service regulations, has spoken out for the first time.

Trevor Cowin issued a press statement after it was announced he’d been found not guilty of sending bullying emails and breaching confidentiality.

Mr Cowin heads the department’s social security division, and he says the Chief Secretary should face questions over her actions during the investigation.

He accused the civil service commission of conducting a witch-hunt against him.
