Onchan election meetings

They may not be a requisition meetings, but the voters of Onchan will still get the chance to quiz their election candidates.

Captain of the Parish Harvey Briggs says this election is the first he can remember when nobody has come to him to request a meeting.

Usually, twelve electors come together to ask the Captain of the Parish to call a requisition meeting for candidates to face questions from the public.

But with no signatures, Mr Briggs says he decided to call two meetings anyway:
