Minky whales sighted

by isleofman.com 11th November 2006
Two minky whales have been spotted around the coast of Laxey over the past few days.

If the weather is calm, they can be seen around 100 - 300 metres off-shore.

Founder of the Cetacean Watch website, John Galpin, says it's not unusual to see the animals at this time of year.
