Evicted couple appeal for new home

by isleofman.com 10th November 2006
A Braddan couple are appealing for help to find a new home, following the enforcement of a possession order, granted in favour of Braddan commissioners.

Marian Jones and her husband have been told they must leave their local authority house in Snugborough Avenue, Union Mills by December 8th, following extensive breaches of their tenancy agreement over a period of five years.

She says the family, including their 21 year old son and 16 year old daughter, have received a lot of help from various agencies, but attempts to find new accommodation have so far drawn a blank:

Anybody who can help the family is asked to ring 422663.
